Final volume of Ling Master series available on Literate Machine

The third and final volume of "Blaster Al Ackerman's Tales of the Ling Master" is now available on the Literate Machine.

This collection includes the following stories:

  • Ask Ling: Two Parables (Is Ling a font of traditional wisdom, or a crock...?)
  • The Squid Boys of Terre Haute (Lovecraft pastiche fans take note!)
  • The Blue Catfish (arguably the most shocking Ling tale yet!)

The digest-sized mini-comic version premièred at MoCCA ArtFest 2010. Now the electronic version can be yours.

First two Ling Master collections now available on Literate Machine

The two Ling Master collections that premièred last month at MoCCA ArtFest 2009 are now available as PDFs. One thing the PDF versions have that the hard copies don't -- unless you count the solid red cardstock for #1 -- is color covers.

Volume 1 contains:

  • "Confessions of an American Ling Master"
  • "'Jimmy,' or, The Bread-Doll Fancier"
  • "Ask Ling: Red Flies

Volume 2 contains:

  • "The White Bat"
  • "'I, The Stallion!'"
  • "Miss Mantis"

Suddenly in Philadelphia

I'll be in Artists' Alley at Wizard World Philly this weekend -- Father's Day weekend -- 19--21 June 2009. I wasn't planning on it, but the opportunity fell in my lap just before I headed to New York for MoCCA ArtFest earlier this month.

Come on by. Say "Hello." Have a look at the new 28-page digest-sized Ling collections, Blaster Al Ackerman's Tales of the Ling Master #1 and #2.
