Study Resume during Pre-Screening

As we already know, resumes are comparable to a sales tool used by applicants to sell their selves to a certain job. This is also like an advertising tool for employers to buy them or like them for a certain job. But in some cases, employers should be very careful with some of the resumes because they might contain some icing on the cake information. A job applicant will never understate his or her job descriptions and responsibilities. But rather, an applicant may even overstate it that it will already be far from the fact. They may overstate those descriptions, responsibilities, salary, or accomplishments. These seem to be fluffs but it is understandable. What we are eliminating here is the superfluff information. These are the personal details in a resume that are overstated and sometimes exaggerated.

In order to avoid hiring a fluffy person, you have to be careful in evaluating the resume before even conducting the next step of screening.
