The Ghosts of Earth is the first book of the Truthfarer series which describes the beginnings of a universe - the origins of space and time, and of consciousness itself. These cataclysmic events set in train the Truthfarers’ quest, and the account of their journey Homewards.
This history follows the adventures of two of these beings as they travel from the skies of an ancient planet to the realm of the gods, and then onwards to the freezing landscape of a new world, before finally encountering the subterranean regions of the Gaki. These creatures are a strange race indeed, inexorably driven by an insatiable hunger towards madness, to an insanity that holds within itself the key to the next stage of their path towards ultimate knowledge
8p preview of Tantric Stripfighter Trina
2383. The Earth and its outlying colonies are governed by a coalition of political, corporate and religious groups named the C.R.O.W.N (Combined Ruler ship of World Nations) and the C.O.G. (Children of God).
Centuries of mining Earth and Mars for their natural resources have forced the C.O.G and the C.R.O.W.N. to look for new sources of energy. A volunteer program is started for people who are willing to have their genetic structures altered to live in the harsh environments of Mercury, Venus and Jupiter.
Several years after the first volunteers undergo the treatment, it becomes apparent that the C.R.O.W.N. never had the ability to undo the changes. This ignites a civil war between the government forces and the genetic workers that plunges Earth’s colonies into a state of complete and utter chaos. Only one planet is a safe from the war; a small terra formed world called Rama, where a group of refuges from populated space practice a religion called Tantrika that combines the teaching of the Hindu Tantric of India and the Shaolin monks of China. The leaders of the C.O.G. see the Tantrics as a threat to their religious powerbase and the fragile peace that is slowly being established between the government forces and the Genetics. They secretly order an attack on the Tantric home world that wipes the entire colony out of existence, killing every man, woman and child except one…
Trina Devi is the last of the Tantric Adepts and a master of the esoteric art of Stripfighting; a tantalizing fusion of Shaolin martial arts and Tantric sensuality, where practitioners use articles of clothing as weapons to subdue and incapacitate their opponents. Trina has tracked two men who have ties to the attack on her home world and as the story opens she is trying to get a job as a bounty hunter in order to capture the men and find out what they know about the attack. She is accompanied by Bonds; a sarcastic bail bonds robot assigned to evaluate her skills and an outlaw pilot named Chrome Abbey; who wants to learn the ways of the Tantric Adepts.

Created in 1968 by the Colorform Co. to capitalize on the Space craze (and Mattel's best-selling 'Major Matt Mason' Space toy series), the Outer Space Men (a.k.a. the 'Colorform Aliens') were 3.5' to 7' tall bendy action figures that today demand top dollar on the collector's market. Now, the legendary Outer Space Men - Astro-Nautilus, Commander Comet, Colossus Rex, Electron+, Orbitron, Xodiac, and Alpha 7 - are back to save the human race from extinction when an ancient civilization, living deep below the Earth's surface, seeks to decimate the planet's environment and rule over the surface world once again

While on-board, however, one last stowaway fights back, thinking him part of an earlier boarding crew. Attack craft return to finish the ship off and Aston has no choice but to save her from certain destruction.
Who is she? What are the weapons for? Why was the freighter destroyed?
Aston discovers more questions than answers, and his life is put in jeopardy every time he stops to catch his breath. Aston's life motto of never getting involved is put to the test, and he must decide whether to become a hero for people in need, or continue his path of self-preservation.
